Vanessa Conroy

Vanessa Conroy is a highly experienced Hair Restoration Specialist with more than two decades of expertise in medical assisting and aesthetic procedures. Born in Manila, Philippines, Vanessa brings both technical excellence and a deeply compassionate approach to patient care. 

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Robert Morris University in Chicago, Illinois, and began her medical career in 1996 as a medical assistant. Throughout her career, Vanessa has received extensive hands-on training in FUT hair restoration, FUE and eyebrow transplantation, and beard transplantation. 

Fluent in Tagalog, Vanessa is able to connect comfortably with a diverse patient population, ensuring clear communication and a personalized experience. Her warm personality, technical precision, and unwavering commitment to patient outcomes have earned her a respected reputation in the field of hair restoration. 

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys exploring new restaurants with her daughter, Maya, and her husband, Brian, valuing quality time with family as much as she values excellence in her profession.

Piera Ferruzza

Piera has spent the better part of her life helping people feel great about themselves and their appearance. For over 27 years, Piera was the Patient Coordinator for one of the largest plastic surgery clinics in the Midwest. A patient coordinator is one of the most important roles to have, because they are acting as the go-between for the doctor and the patient. But for Piera, the role became so much more. She took the role very seriously and personally.

Aleksandra Bielawiec

Aleksandra Bielawiec, DNP, NP, is a nurse practitioner and an aesthetic master injector at Regency Medical Spa & Hair Clinic in Barrington, Illinois, who has specialized in dermatology and aesthetic medicine for the past 14 years. She graduated with honors from DePaul University with a master’s degree in nursing and received a nurse practitioner certification. Most recently, Aleksandra received her Nursing Doctorate.

Sandra is certified and highly proficient in PRP and PRF dermal filler injection, facial and body thread insertion for lifting, neurotoxin administration, wellness and diet management, and several types of laser treatments and skin care regimes for clients of all skin types across lifespans.

For PRP Aleksandra has been trained and certified by Dr.Charles Runels in 2016, the inventor of the Vampire Hair Regrowth. She has been successfully implementing this technique with very positive results. In addition, Sandra was nominated and awarded as teaching faculty for Galderma, and has held a prestigious status instructor and trainer for a almost all major aesthetic companies. Currently, Sandra provides training to other medical providers who share an interest in aesthetics across all skill levels from Beginners, to Professionals and Experts.
